“We asked Olivitek Software to upgrade our static website and design and develop an eCommerce solution that included classified site integration, Xero integration and an email marketing and social media component. Unfortunately we couldn’t use an out of the box solution due to the nature of our business and our varied distribution channels. This solution needed to track orders, sales channels and integrate with payment gateways and our accounting software.

Our requirements included that the technology framework use latest web technologies and existing WordPress and social media plugins so we could build a cost effective solution and integrate with our distribution channels. It was also an imperative that we were able to easy maintain and develop the site going forward.

During the project we were required to make some changes to the scope and Peter was able to work closely with our team and IT providers to roll out the project with little interruption to our day to day business.

The project under Peter’s guidance was released on time and to budget. We were also impressed with the communication during launch and the user training and as a result all our staff were very happy with the solution and it has automated a main component of our business. We are also very happy that the solution is easy to maintain and ready to be rolled out to other areas of the business when the need arises.”
